With over a decade of experience in clinical, corporate, and research nutrition, she integrates evidence-based science with practical, sustainable strategies, with professional interests including gut health, sports nutrition, nutrigenomics, and low FODMAP dietary management for IBS (Monash University–trained). Monique has extensive experience in academic writing, corporate wellness, public speaking, and media engagement, has consulted for major industry clients, served on the ADSA executive committee (2016–2021), published in peer-reviewed journals, and presented at numerous national congresses, guided by a belief in small, sustainable changes for lasting wellness.
