Professor Matthias Haus

Professor Matt Haus is a distinguished medical scientist, allergologist, and academic affiliated with the University of Pretoria. Beyond medicine, he is a prominent businessman and philanthropist, previously serving as Lead Independent Director on the board of Adcock Ingram and chairing various organisations, including the Allergy Society of South Africa and PPS Financial Services.
With over three decades of experience in global clinical research for AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson, he has lived and worked internationally, including a stint in Shanghai.
He is a recognised speaker and author across medical, business and philosophical fields, and is especially passionate about cancer care, having founded the Moments in Time Oncology Project.
